What to expect
Do I need a doctor's order?
Yes — we require a valid lab requisition or doctor's order for all blood draws. If you have one from your physician, simply bring it out when we arrive. We'll handle the rest.
Which labs do you work with?
We work with Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, and most physician-run labs. If your doctor uses a specific lab, let us know when booking and we'll confirm compatibility.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits take 15–30 minutes from arrival to departure. Difficult draws or multi-tube collections may take a bit longer, but we never rush.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay service and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a receipt and documentation that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Austin, TX and the surrounding areas within approximately 30 miles. For locations beyond 30 miles, an additional mileage fee applies. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your area.
